Macleay Conference and Retreat Center

Accommodation:
Our retreat will be held at the Meadow View Lodge within the Macleay Conference and Retreat Center, where the entire lodge has been reserved exclusively for our group. The lodge features 20 rooms, along with a shared meeting space, kitchen, and dining area to support our time together. Restrooms are shared and designated separately for men and women. Most rooms will be arranged as gender-specific shared accommodations, with up to three participants per room. A limited number of rooms will be reserved for couples and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We kindly encourage you to register early and share your accommodation preferences so we can do our best to make your stay comfortable. Participants need to bring their own blankets and pillows.
Check-in / Check-out:
We kindly invite you to arrive at the venue by 6:00 PM on Fri, May 15 so you have time to settle in and join us for dinner. The retreat will conclude with check-out at 2:00 PM on Sun, May 17.
Food:
All meals, except breakfast, will be served at Skyline Hall, which is just a 5-minute walk from Meadow View Lodge. A dedicated space will be reserved for our group so we can continue to observe silence during meals. Breakfast will be served within the lodge. We will be providing the following meals:
Fri, May 15: Dinner (starts at 6:00 PM)
Sat, May 16: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Sun, May 17: Breakfast and Lunch
Showers:
Each restroom in the lodge has two showers available. We are also coordinating with the venue to open additional shower facilities in the gym area, located just across from Meadow View Lodge.
Parking:
There is ample parking near the Meadow View lodge.
